Terms and Conditions

* The following items are NOT Permitted to be sold by vendors:

Any food or beverage items, alcohol, drugs, weapons, fireworks, silly string, spray paint, smoke

bombs, bombs bags, throw snaps, any other noise making or

mess making items, anti-religious items and apparel, satanic items, anything that may be viewed

as offensive, adult oriented items or pornographic materials,

counterfeit goods, anything that is deemed illegal under Federal or New York

State laws, any items that may be deemed inappropriate for sale at a Greek

Cultural Festival sponsored by the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church as decided upon by the

festival chairman and the festival committee.

* Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays and any other items

that they may need to showcase their product. Please note, no electricity will be available

unless prior notification is given. Vendors will be charged an additional fee for electrical

usage.

* Cancellation of a vendor booth must be received in writing no later than August 26th, 2024, to

receive a refund.

* All vendor space assignments are final. Vendor spaces will be located in the gymnasium.

Each space will be 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep. The use of nails,

screws, glue, duct tape, or adhesives is strictly prohibited for use on any Holy Cross

property. Removable, non-residue tape may be used to affix any signage within your

assigned area if space permits. TABLE RENTAL $25.00

Friday September 20

th 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Saturday September 21

st 12:00pm - 10:00 pm and

Sunday September 22nd 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Set up times all days are 2 hours prior to opening and clean up times all days are half hour after closing.

Please note that Ridge Boulevard will be closed to street traffic all four days.

* Vendors are responsible for securing and storing their own items. Holy Cross will not be held

liable for any damage, theft, or loss.

* The festival chairman may at any time ask a vendor to remove an item for sale that the

festival committee deems inappropriate.

* Any vendors that do not adhere to these terms and conditions will be asked to leave. No

refunds will be given.
